If you have configuration problems and the plugin fails to connect to our system, this may be due to a small error in the configuration of the parameters.
To verify configuration, open the Biocryptology configuration section in your eCommerce platform's administrator section in a new window, and access the web configuration of our system https://id.biocryptology.com/ (registered plugin section) in another window.
Here you must ensure that the configurable fields on both sides are identical:
- Post login URL
- Clienid
- secretkey
