This may be due to a synchronisation problem. Check that the URL entered into the post login URL field is the same as that used to configure our web system and the CMS.
It is important that this field is copied and pasted exactly the same in both configuration panels. If it is the same and the problem persists, we will be happy to help you as much as we can.
