SMS verification is completed using the SMS you received on the device associated with your registered phone number.
The text message contains a link that you must click to complete your phone number verification.
Once you click on the link, it will be automatically detected and the app will proceed to the next step of verification.
If you did not receive the text message, review the following possible issues:
- You in a location without mobile coverage - Although the app does work using only Wi-Fi, your mobile device must have access to a network in order to receive the text message for verification.
- The prefix indicated during registration is incorrect - When creating your profile, you must select your country code. Check that your country code is correct.
